A funeral service for Kim will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539. Following the funeral service will be a witness cremation from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539.
