Hsiu Mei Chang, age 86, of San Jose, California passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022. Hsiu was born May 23, 1935.
A witness cremation for Hsiu will be held Friday, April 29, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539. Following the witness cremation will be a visitation from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539.
