Estela Garcia, age 70, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, in her home, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born July 11, 1949, in Tlapayuca, Puebla Mexico. She shared her life with her soulmate, Leonidez, for 52 years.
Estela was the kindest, warm hearted and loving person one would’ve met in their lifetime. She always looked after her family and friends without hesitation and before thinking of herself.
Her spirit of loving life, her faith, her spreading the word of Jehovah, her laughter, and her hugs & kisses will forever be missed. Along with her amazing mexican dishes that her mother taught her to make by hand, like enjococado and mole poblano.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years Leonidez Garcia, her sons: Arturo, Lucio, and Raul, her daughters: Eri and Dina, her siblings: Alicia, Jesus, Everardo, Abel, Joel, Josefina, Lucy, and her father: Jose Castro. Estela was preceded in death by her mother Bernardina Castro on February 25, 2018.
She is now a guardian angel to her grandchildren: Vanessa (28), Savannah (20), Alexia (17), Jayden (14), Mateo (11), Isabella (10), Xavier (5), Antonio (5), Gina (4), Maximiliano (2), and one currently on the way. She is also looking over her great grandchildren: Domenic (7), Alea (4), and Isaac (2).
A viewing service will be held on Monday, December 9th from 3pm-9pm at Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary located at 48800 Warm Springs Blvd. Fremont CA 94539. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 10th at 11:30am at Kingdom Hall located at 300 S. Hillview Dr. Milpitas CA 95035; burial to follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
