David was born on December 8, 1942.
David is survived by his wife Daisy Tsang; his brother Alan Tsang; his five children and their spouses Carol & Tim Yiu, Ada Tsang, Kevin & Reyna Tsang, Garrett & Charlene Tsang, Carrie Tsang; and his seven grandchildren Jonathan Yiu, Cameron Lau, Amanda Lau, Crystal Tsang, Claire Tsang, Allison Tsang, and Brandon Tsang.
David worked hard all his life. He ran a taxi business in Hong Kong and a successful restaurant, Furama Restaurant, in Fremont, California for 20 years. However, he was most proud of raising his five children and providing for his wife.
David had a big heart and a large personality. His joy was being with his family and friends and he loved to make everyone laugh. Playing mahjong was one of his hobbies and he played till his last days. His love for cars was also evident when they were always kept clean and pristine.
A cremation ceremony will be held on Friday, May 1st, for his immediate family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 9th, to celebrate David’s life with his family and friends. It will be held at 12pm at the Lima Family Mortuary (Cedar Lawn Cemetery) at 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, California. Visitation with family will begin at 11am.
