William Earl Monroe

William Earl Monroe, 73 of Fredericksburg passed away at his home on Friday, September 13, 2024. He was born on July 19, 1951 in Fredericksburg, VA the son of late Sydney Monroe and Joyce Monroe Carter. He was a lifelong residence of Fredericksburg, and he retired from Safeway. He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie; daughter Meghan Heflin; son, William Monroe; 8 grandchildren, Aubrey Heflin, Natalie Heflin, Joshua Heflin, Hannah Heflin, Lexi Heflin, Julia Heflin, Eli Heflin, Emi Monroe. He was also survived by his brother, Edward Monroe (Angie) and nieces Sydney and Kalie Monroe, nephews, Aaron Monroe.
