Billy was born on September 29, 1986, in Florida, where he grew up and spent over 30 years of his life, impacting hundreds of people with his beautiful infectious energy. Many people became what is considered family and he loved them with every fiber of his being. As a young boy, Billy loved playing baseball, football, basketball and was an advent bowler.
After relocating to Virginia, he fairly quickly found his forever partner and beloved wife. He found a passion in a new career and had recently graduated from professional plumbing school.
He was a huge sports fan and a uncompromisable Miami Dolphin and Miami Heat fan! He also loved to play golf and boat on his free time with family and friends. But more importantly, Billy loved people. The lives he touched in his journey of this thing we call “life” are far too many to name.
He showed nothing but unwavering loyalty to the people he loved and was a fierce family protector.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kristin, parents, Larry and Sherry Chandler (Roach); Mr. Ron & Mama JoJo, grandparents, Suzanne and Randy Randstrom, sister, Marysusan Parrish and Cathy Chandler; brother, Anthony Cavuoto; nieces, Maryanne Agosto, Ella Cavuoto; nephew, Dylan Parrish, and his second mother Susan Curtis. He is additionally survived by multiple uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousin’s, lifelong friends and children he considered his own.
He is preceded by his grandparents William “Billy” Gene Chandler and Imogene Chandler. He is additionally preceded by multiple aunts, uncles, cousins and individuals he considered family.
A visitation for Billy will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
