So sorry to hear of Ginny's passing. My condolences to her family. She was my very first 'best friend' when we were about 5 years old, growing up a few houses apart in Belle Harbor Queens NY.  Going to different high schools we lost touch but had the happiest reunion at our grammar school get-together a few years ago. Fond memories of Christopher, Nancy Jean, and the little boys who were just babies then, Edward and James. May she rest in peace.

Jerry & family,  anytime I picked up the phone and spoke to Virginia, I knew it was going to be something interesting and I enjoyed talking to her.  We would always work together to get the answers needed and discuss everything else at the same time, laughing in the process.  She was a wonderful person, dedicated employee and a great friend.  Jerry, I'm praying for you and your family.  I will always remember this...when I finished the conversations with Virginia and hung up the phone she always left a smile on my face!

I will miss you very much Virginia. You made our meetings more lively and fun. I loved the Jersey accent you had...it was beautiful and always made me smile. It's going to be hard for me not to receive calls or emails from you asking me if I have a form you didn't have. You always told me that if anyone had it...I would. You are the BEST Miss Virginia and you and your husband and family are in my prayers and thoughts.

Virginia  was a blessing to have at HH king george I know she really care about us .She help me alot when I was going through  went my husband  was sick and after his passing I thank God  for her God have gain one more angel.You are miss.

I enjoyed working with Virginia over the years and I know her goal was to make sure "her employees" got paid correctly. She was a mother hen to them, always trying to look out for their best interests. She was a true Northern and I respected that having grown up a Yankee myself. I wish she could have enjoyed more retirement time. I know she leaves behind friends at King George but also many friends at the Roanoke Resource Center. Love & Prayers to her family.  

I work in Payroll at the Resource Center and always enjoyed seeing Virginia at the Payroll meetings and chatting , speaking with her by phone and corresponding by email.  I enjoyed working with her when Karen was out and I would handle any work at King George. She always made me laugh. I loved to hear her stories and work issues with employees and life.  My condolences to her husband and family. She will be greatly missed.

Virginia was such a feisty joy to know. She started out as a great resource to a new HR/Payroll Coordinator at a sister facility but became a treasured friend over the years.  It was a blessing to see her in person before her retirement. Prayers and loving thoughts being sent to you all. She will definitely be missed but lovingly remembered always for her fiery, stubborn and loving spirit!
