Tracey was born on February 19, 1959 to Katleen Strom and Carl Todd. She gained her angel wings on March 8, 2023.
Tracey was survived by her Mother, Kathleen Strom, Siblings Abby O’brien, Kirk Todd, and Jill Brackins. Four Children Jeremy Keller, Carrie Keller, Jennifer Wynn, and Catherine Keller. Six Grandchildren Elijah, Jaylen, Harmony, Micah, Ethan, and Damon.
Tracey was a loving Mama and Nana. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was known for her smile and kind heart. Though she will be dearly missed, her family is at peace that she is dancing in Heaven.
