Theresa Bridget Dove

She was born on March 27, 1970, in Washington, DC, the daughter of the late Robert J. and Shirley L. (Woodruff) Dove.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Allan Cook, and sister, Patricia (Patti) Dove.

Survivors include her Husband, Rickey Beard of Fredericksburg, VA; sons, Jerry Dale Cook, Jr; Rickey Beard III and wife Tiffany of Front Royal, VA; two sisters, Shirley Burkett and husband Donald of Culpeper, VA, and Sissy Brown and husband David of Fredericksburg, VA; three grandchildren; Jerry Dale Cook, III, Austin Philip Cook, Carolina Cook.

Her best friend and caregiver, Cindy Willingham is her ride-or-die. Who was by her side for all the doctor’s appointments and away from home for 2 + months during her Bone Marrow Transplant.

A visitation for Theresa will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3:30 PM with Rev. Amos Healy officiating.
