Robert Conrad Baucom

Robert Conrad Baucom, age 54, of Fredericksburg, VA passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 16, 1969, in Maryland, the son of the late Mark Baucom and his mother Virginia Baucom. He worked as the Director of Operations at the National Wi-Fi. He is affectionately known as Rob by his family and friends, loving father of two sons Joshua and Kamron Baucom and daughter Breanna Gordon. He is also survived by his wife, Regina Baucom, and two grandchildren, Elliana and Rylan Baucom; six brothers, Billy Baucom, Jeff Kramer, Tommy Baucom, Mark Duane Baucom, John Gerst and Donny Gerst; three sisters Cindy Baucom, Valentine (Johnson) Spencer and Tammy Smith. He loved all of his family including the many nephews and nieces. He enjoyed family gatherings especially his cookouts, as they were full of laughter while sharing childhood stories. He enjoyed going to the movies. He was avid collector of all things Star Wars, his favorite character being Yoda. He enjoyed going fishing. One of his favorite things to do was spending time with his grandchildren. He was a proud father of his children and loved his grand babies. Rob will be missed deeply by all of his family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
