Norman Curtis Gough

He is survived by his daughters, Christine Walkup and Robin Gough; his grandsons, Jonathan Gough, Billy Jessie, Levi Jessie and Alan Wright (Joanie); and his granddaughters, Christiana Walkup (James), Vanessa Walkup (Dakota) and Sabrina Jessie.

Norman will also be greatly missed by his great granddaughters, Wynter Rose and Aurora Elizabeth; his son in law, Eddie Walkup; and his best friend Buddy.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his beautiful wife, whom he married in 1971, Brenda Faye Gough.

Norman enjoyed hunting, watching westerns, playing Halo (the video game), and tending to the rose garden he planted for Brenda many years ago. Although she passed in 2013 he would still tell you that he was married and this October would be their 51st anniversary.

A visitation for Norman will be held Friday, July 22, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3702 Loren Drive, Fredericksburg, Virginia.
