Michael Carter 64 of Fredericksburg, Va passed away at Mary Washington Hospital on Wednesday June 21, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his father Ronald Carter, mother Margaret Hardbower, brother Ronald Wayne Carter and niece Jasmine Craig.
He leaves behind sister’s Rhonda Martin, Deborah Dixon, Brenda Young and Dawn Shelton, brother’s Jeffrey Carter and Robert Hardbower and numerous nieces and nephews.
Michael was born on December 10,1958 in Alexandria, Virginia. He loved his music, watching Yellowstone but his greatest love was working with Bobbie’s Pit Bull Rescue and Sanctuary. Please feel free to make donations in his honor to Bobbie’s Pit Rescue.
