Cathy was a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph A. and Agnes M. Powers. She is survived by her best friend, spirit mate and loving husband, Gary J. Hill; her three children, Tammy Blush, Jason Hill and Jared Hill; three precious granddaughters, Kaylee, Yvaine and Shade; and three beautiful grandsons, Gary, Luka and Xachary (arriving soon).
The family will receive friends one hour prior to a celebration of life service, which will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel.
