Kyle Russell Payne Jr., age 38, of Dunnsville, Virginia passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at VCU Hospital in Richmond, VA. He was born on August 4, 1984 in Fredericksburg, VA . He was a private security guard for Admiral Security Company in Warsaw. He served in the US Army. He is preceded in death by his father, Kyle R. Payne Sr., and his sister, Kimberly J. Payne. Survivors include his wife, Tiffany Payne of Fredericksburg, VA; his mother, Barbara J. Hamilton of Dunnsville, VA; step-father, Jeffrey Redding of Fredericksburg, VA; father-in-law, Ron Wise of Fredericksburg, VA. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 18, 2023 from 10:00am-11:00am at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service where funeral services will be held at 11:00am with Rev. Ron Bryant officiating.
