Kenneth West

He was born on April 5, 1932, in Lynn, Massachusetts, son of the late Thomas and Hilda (Brown) West. He served in the United States Army and retired from Ford Motor Company in 1991. He enjoyed being with his family and playing dominos. Known as “Mr. Fix-it” to many, others often relied on him for advice and help.

Most important to Ken was the Lord and his perfect way. He made his choice as a teenager to serve the Lord and remained faithful all his days.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Robert West; two sisters, Sherry Foggan and Avis West; and a granddaughter, Bethany West.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ann West; three sons, Irving West (Sandra), Bruce West (Debra), Brian West (Mindy); one daughter, Linda Clites (Tim); eleven grandchildren, Brandon West (Julie), Brittany Allen (Matt), Barry West, Jeremy West (Katie), Krystal Trotter (Jamie), Kylie Mysona (Bryce), Connor West, Lindsey West, Isaak Clites, Lukas Clites and Tyler Clites; seven great grandchildren, Seaton, Madelyn, Cade, Jace, Henry, Brynna and Bodey.

A visitation for Kenneth will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM with Jim Holt, Tylar Jayne and Grace O’ Keefe officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the funeral home.
