He is survived by his wife, Nancy; son, David; and daughter, Kristen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Angelina Burns; and brother, David Burns.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to Mary Washington Hospice.
