He loved attending Cedar Forest Elementary, but riding the bus was his favorite.
Kellan was a very thoughtful, caring child who loved unconditionally. He touched many lives and was always loved deeply by those around him. Though his life was brief, his memory lives on in us.
Kellan is survived by his parents, James and Tracy Moran; loving brother, Kiptyn; Grandparents, Larry and Donna Bivens; Grandmother, Betty Moran; Aunt, Shannon B. Hudson; Uncles, David Moran, Christopher Moran and Eric Hudson; Cousins, Austin Sullivan and Shane Hudson; and his loving puppy River.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future, when Covid-19 is less prevalent and under control. Family and friends will be notified in advance once scheduled.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the Fairy Godmother Project.
Online condolences may be sent at www.mullinsthompsonfredericksburg.
