He is survived by a brother, Thomas Isaiah Parker Walker; sister, Kristeena Lavette Parker Walker; niece, Journi Walker and nephew, Kentrell Walker; step mother, Tanya Davis, four uncles, Wilbert Washington, James Parker, Adam Parker, and Michael Parker; and two aunts, Yvonne Washington and Flossy Parker.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Parker and father Jocko Christopher Parker Sr.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. A funeral service will occur Sunday, January 16, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home, with interment to follow in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery, in Stafford, VA.
