Florinette Julien

She was born on October 12, 1959 in Haiti the daughter of the late Amoi Julien & Amania Larose.

Survivors include her husband, Nicolas Petit Frere Villard, Haiti; two sons, Jobens Normil (Francesca) of Stafford, VA, Serge Cetoute of Florida; Grandchildren: Florenso Darwin Serjunior Cetoute, Florine Diamondine Cetoute, Florensky Adams Cetoute, Florutchelle Abigaelle Cetoute, Fedly Lincoln Joseph, Isaac Normil; Brothers: Jocelyn Julien, Laurent Julien, Brun Julien and Bermane Julien. Sisters Marie Idorvil, Yvonette Julien, Wiselene Julien, Viviane Julien and Anne Marie Julien. 34 Nieces and Nephews combine.

A visitation for Florinette will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Haitian Alliance Church, 565 White Oak Road, Fredericksburg, VA. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM, 565 White Oak Road, Fredericksburg, VA. An interment will occur Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1902 William Street, Fredericksburg, VA. A reception will occur Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401.
