Eva Muriel Delaney

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Adinolfi; her grandsons, Matthew Adinolfi, John Adinolfi (Helen), and Luke Adinolfi (Sundra).

Mrs. Delaney will also be greatly missed by her great-grandchildren, Amber Heath Rabalais, Charles Adinolfi, Josh Heath and Amber Adinolfi; and her great-great grandchildren, Riley, Haydan, Noah, Colton, Addie and Jase.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Delaney; and her son, Dennis Delaney.

She was devoted to her family and rejoiced in all their accomplishments. She loved all the family gatherings for holidays and looked forward each year to family beach week.

A long time resident of Davidson, NC, she moved to Fredericksburg to be closer to her family.

Since moving to Fredericksburg, she enjoyed her many new friends and all the activities they did together.

She enjoyed painting and reading. She was fiercely independent and a loyal friend. She had a gentle spirit.

Eva’s visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. Her funeral mass will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Fredericksburg.

She will be interned at Sunset Cemetery in Kannapolis, NC on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 1:00pm.
