Earl was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Cooper Sr. He is survived by his mother, Beulah Cooper, his son Earl Wayne Cooper Jr. and his daughter, Courtney Lynn Stahlman, a brother, Thomas Cooper Jr. (Patricia), also his partner of 11 years, Susan Pruitt.
Other survivors include, 7 nephews, Barry Jones Jr. Thomas “TJ” Cooper III, Jeremy Linkous, Brandon Linkous, Wesley Linkous, Ryan Embrey and Kyle Embrey. 3 nieces; Tiara Cooper, Dusty Cooper and Lauren Linkous. 1 great niece, Taeya Richards and 2 greatnephew, Grayson Cooper and Matias Richards.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday May 25, 2016 from 6-7:30 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service Fredericksburg chapel 1621 Jefferson Davis Hwy. where a funeral service will be held at 7:30 pm
