Dan was born to the late Red and Lillian Price. After graduation, Dan moved to Virginia to work for the FBI. He later began his 22 year career as an officer for the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division. While at the White House, he did tours which allowed him to impart the history of the place and its residents. Dan was passionate about many things. He was a lover of music which led him to develop many friendships through the DJ world, B101.5, and Three Dog Night.
One other favorite love that he had was that of Isshinryu Karate. The discipline and movement of the art helped him throughout his life and career.
Even though Dan was from "Steeler Country", he was a avid fan for the "cough, cough" Dallas Cowboys. His smile could light up any room that he would go into. As well as meeting anyone that would be knew to him and making them go from acquaintance to being a friend of his.
But most of all, Dan loved his family. Leaving to cherish his memories to his wife of over 30 years, Yvonne, his two sons, Josh and Jonathan, his daughter Alex, his three grandchildren Luke, Sophia, and Olivia, and his sister Virginia. Dan also leaves his first wife, Suzy Winters.
