She was born on October 9, 1970, in Alexandria, VA, daughter of her loving Mother Lorna Jean Hall. She absolutely loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren! She loved her dog, Layla and was caring to all animals! Courtney was extremely loyal and loving of all people. She truly enjoyed life and helping those in need. She truly lived life to the fullest. On her free time she enjoyed painting and reading Nicholas Sparks novels . She will always be missed by all lives that she touched.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Lorna Jean Hall, her Father, Larry Williams and Brother, Shawn Tyree.
She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Kinchen; son, Zachary Kinchen; brothers, Jeffrey(Jeff) Brooks and Dennis Tyree; sisters, Teresa Parton, Gina Eldridge, and Kimberly Page; grandchildren, Rylan Jones, Colton Kinchen, and Jensyn Dodson.
