He was born in McRoberts, Kentucky to the late, James Browning and Helen Fairchild.
Chester leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 41 years, Patricia Stewart Browning; his two sons, Chester A. Browning of NM, and Kenneth Seekford (Denys) of VA; his daughters, Mary Browning of NC, Ronda Burton (Matt) of NC, Tina Lilly of VA; and daughter in law, Tammy Seekford of VA.
He will also be greatly missed by his 26 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and one great grandbaby on the way (due in September).
Chester was preceded in death by his brother, Clarence Browning; his sister, Joann and her husband Ken Foerhand; his niece, Desire Fellows; his mother in law, Martha Stewart; his daughter, Tammy and her husband Danny Anderson.
Mr. Browning was a United States Marine Veteran who served our country in Vietnam.
A celebration of Chester’s life will be held at 2:00pm on August 14, 2022 at 12919 West Catharpin Road, Spotsylvania, Virginia 22551.
Refreshments will follow the service.
