Willie Tony Fields, age 52, of Middletown, died Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born April 11, 1962 in Middletown, the son of Willie Fields and Ruth Stacy Fields. He is survived by his wife, Amy Longworth Fields; one daughter, Brandy Fields; one son, Michael Fields; two sisters, Sue Joe Howard, Wanda Arlie Back; two brothers, Larry Karen Fields, John Maryann Fields; and four grandchildren, Brianna, Ava, Kaylie, and Jake. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Neil Gabbard officiating.
