He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He proudly served in the United States Navy for 6 years. Retired from AT&T after 30 years of service. Wendell continued working following his retirement from AT&T at Warren County Career Center retiring after 11 years of work to become a full time papaw. He was a lifetime fan of the Kentucky Wildcats.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Dennis White.
Wendell is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Robinson; sons, Michael (Kellie) Robinson, Mark (Carrie) Robinson; grandchildren, Merrie, Elaina, Caelyn and Luke Robinson, Hayden and Graham Carabell, Carter Robinson, MaCayla Dement, Christian Swisher and Macy (Mason) Tyler; great-grandchildren, Emerson, Liam, Luna, Ruby, Piper, Finley; siblings, Will (Evelyn) White and Margaret Robinson; sister-in-law, Carol (Larry) Hohensheldt and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 12:00pm - 1:00 pm on Friday, July 29, 2022 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. Second Street, Franklin, OH 45005. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Clyde McCammack officiating. Burial will be at Woodhill Cemetery.
