Sandra Kay Smith, age 67, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Saturday January 20, 2018. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 17, 1950 to James and Marjorie (Chamberlain) Foreman. Sandra was a member of Franklin First United Methodist Church and Franklin Senior Citizen Center. She was employed with Miami Valley Hospital for 48 years and retired in 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, James Taylor Foreman, mother, Marjorie Lucille Foreman, sister, Beverly (Foreman) Puls. Sandra is survived by two daughters, Amy (Paul Stiers) Jeffery and Jamie Smith; sister, Susan (Tom) Tully; grandchildren, Malea, Jacob, Seth, and Regan; and nieces, nephews, and friends. A Memorial Service will be at 1:00 pm Saturday February 3, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Rev. Laura Saunders officiating.
