Robert Lee Banks

Robert Lee Banks, age 68 of Carlisle, passed away comfortably at home Sunday, January 19, 2020. He was born March 7, 1951 in Middletown, OH the son of Willie & Emma (Holbrook) Banks. He was a loving husband, dad, and papaw.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 43 years, Diana (Hampton) Banks; sister, Betty Sue (Banks) Darnold; and parents-in-law, Samuel & Edna Hampton.

Bob is survived by his daughters, Gwen & husband Sid Motley of Carlisle, and Cindy & husband Paul Nichols of Miamisburg; grandchildren, Gabriella & Emma Motley, and Holland Nichols; brother, Jake and wife Evelina Banks of Carlisle; and numerous loved ones.

A visitation will be Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 5:30 - 7:30 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, OH 45005. A Celebration of Bob's Life will be Friday, January 24, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Woodside Cemetery chapel, 1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044 with Dan Flory officiating.
