Norma Lee McGuire, age 85, of Franklin, OH; passed away peacefully Thursday July 7, at Otterbein of Springboro.She was born on September 1, 1930 in Eaton, OH, the daughter of Lee and Ollie Hunt. She met and married Frank McGuire Jr. on June 8, 1946. They had 54 wonderful years together. They worked together side by side at Kits Toy Shop for 20 years and then they were both custodians for the Centerville City School for 20 years retiring in 1988. Norma was very creative and enjoyed making bulletin boards for the school and at home creating the most beautiful flower gardens. Preceding her in death were her parents Lee Hunt and Ollie Hunt Settle and step father Vane Settle, her loving husband Frank Jr., three sisters Marjorie Marcum, Viola Wheeler, and Phyllis Jeffery, and infant brother, Buddy Hunt. She is survived by two daughters Wilma L. Molisse and her husband Tony of Springboro, and Eva M. Klein of Newport, N.C, and grandson Kevin B. Klein of Franklin, a sister Gloria (Steve) Terrrell of Middletown, a brother Robert (Gail) Hunt of Indiana, step sister Connie Sillaman of Marietta, OH, a step brother Glenn (Laura) Settle of Florida, brothers-in-law Flave (Faye) McGuire of Franklin, Hansel McGuire of Kentucky, John Wheeler of Franklin, and sister-in-law Tressie Patrick of Winchester, KY, and a special aunt Julie Wilson of Franklin. Norma was a life long Pentecostal Christian who enjoyed reading her bible and attending church when she could. The family would like to thank the wonderful supporting staff of Otterbein of Springboro and Hospice of Dayton for their care and support. Funeral services are 1pm Monday July 11, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Rev. Chuck Wolfinbarger officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
