She is survived by her father, Terry Smith, her mother Dorothy Wolf; her step father, Walter Wolf; her husband, Andrew Combs; three daughters, Kaylee Tuttle, Lacie Tuttle and Samantha McClain; step son, Andrew A. Combs; her three brothers, Justin (Audrey) Smith; Nicholas (Ashley) Smith and Matt (Kadi) Smith; her sister, Jamie Smith; her grandmother, Barbara Bobst; her two uncles, Anthony (Sandy) Smith, Darrell (Jodi) Smith; her aunt, Kim (Dorian) Sims; her step sister, Heather (Marc) Volkenand; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 1pm Thursday February 20, 2020 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH. Burial will be in Heritage Hills Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
