Michael Wayne Combs

Michael Wayne Combs, age 72, of Middletown, OH, died Tuesday March 26, 2019 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on March 20, 1947 to Woodrow and Lois (Bell) Combs. Michael graduated from Middletown High School, served in the US Army during Vietnam, was a member VFW, American Legion, Eagles, Orioles, and the Moose. He was employed with Armco for 30 years and retired in 2010. He was preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Combs, mother, Lois Marie Combs. Michael is survived by his son, Chad (Kelly) Combs; two grandsons, Randall Combs, Zachary Childs; mother of Chad and lifelong friend, Brenda Combs; first cousin, Marsha Brandenburg; and great granddaughter, Zailynn Childs. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday April 1, 2019 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home 517 South Sutphin Street Middletown, OH with Pastor Steven Sparks officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
