The family moved to Franklin in 1942. Margie graduated from Franklin High School and The Christ Hospital School of Nursing. She retired from Middletown Regional Hospital in 1993.
Margie enjoyed reading, Franklin Football, cooking at the church and volunteering at the Franklin Food Pantry. She loved her family and had special places in her heart for her grandchildren, and her great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Jill Dunn. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Dick; daughters, Tari Taylor, and Marna (Donnie) Rogers.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
