Lori amp; Ali, we remember the day when Kacie was born when you called with the news. What a wonderful day it was. You've had many celebrations over these past 21 years from birthdays to vacations to sporting events. Treasure all these special times together. You will have these memories for a lifetime. Our hearts ache for you. We will miss Kacie terribly. We love you and we are here for you.

I first met Kacie, Tom, and Lori Kacie amp;rsquo;s mom on November 1 All Saints Dayin Philadelphia when Kacie and her UD Women amp;rsquo;s Volleyball teammates played Temple. After the matches, Kacie, Tom, Lori, the coaches, and Kacie amp;rsquo;s teammates joined us for dinner at Cavanaugh amp;rsquo;s in University City. From the moment I met Tom and Kacie #14, I knew they were a special part of our UD family. Tom amp;rsquo;s devotion to Kacie was obvious and inspirational. Tom and Lori were so genuinely appreciative of our chapter amp;rsquo;s efforts to support Kacie and her teammates. Tom and I subsequently traded e-mails, and I was looking forward to seeing my new friends in Philadelphia next season. I mourn for Tom, Kacie, Lori, Alexis Kacie amp;rsquo;s older sister, Kacie amp;rsquo;s teammates, and everyone else who knew Tom and Kacie. Kacie did bring joy to everyone, and I was blessed to have Tom and Kacie touch my life. The opportunity to meet Tom and Kacie and amp;ldquo;break bread amp;rdquo; with them was a UD family moment I will cherish. Tom and Kacie, rest in peace my friends. Mark J. Our deepest sympathies go out to your family during this very difficult time. I never had the priviledge of meeting Kacie, although my son goes to Indian Riffle. Jake thought very highly of Kacie, just only after the few weeks of her being there, and will miss her on Wednesday's.

Our deepest sympathy to Lori and Ali. We will never forget Kacie, her beautiful smile, sweet personality, and her kindness for driving our daughter Michelle to Alter for more than a year. Kacie was a wonderful person and we share your loss.
