Joshua W. Meadows, age 31, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Bethesda Arrow Springs Urgent Care. He was born in Dayton, Ohio and was baptized at the Faith Baptist Church.
Josh is survived by his son, Ayden, parents, Tony and Marla Meadows, a sister, Amber (Paul) Kwiatkowski and several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 E. 2nd. St., Franklin, Ohio. Visitation will be Monday, October 14, 2013 from 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home. Burial in Miami Cemetery, Waynesville, Ohio. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com.
