My deepest sympathy to all of the Sorrell family.  I just now found this obit .  I was looking for friends from the old neighborhood.  I’m the only one left of the Wireman family who used to live in the little house next to you on Grand Avenue. I have good memories of those times and Johnny Joe.

Uncle John,  I enjoyed all your stories and talking to you every time we got together.  I remember spending  the night at your house and your Big  Saint Bernard dog that you used to have years ago.   I’m going to miss hearing you say “Hey kid” and seeing your friendly, smiling face and hearing  your laugh.   But I know you are in peace now and up in the heavens with Susan, the twins and  Grandma and Grandpa.  

Uncle John I will always remember your laugh and of the times we all shared together on the farm.  I know that Homer, Mattie, and Susan were waiting for you with open arms. I will miss you very miss. Love you. 

To the Family of John .
I worked with John for years at #4 Aluminized until I transferred out in 1991.  John was one of the GOOD GUYS  I worked with @       # 4. 

John's last breath on earth was his first breath in heaven as he was greeted by his Lord and Savior, Jesus. My love for John will never end and will miss him and his many stories he told when he visited the firehouse.  Love to the Sorrell family.

Uncle John I will always remember your greetings to me "Hey kid" and your kind soul. Tim and Rachel you were so good to John in his time of need and I hope you find peace. Love you Uncle John and I hope you win the biggest raffle ticket in heaven.

So sorry to hear this. We will be praying for you all. May God give you comfort at this hard time.
