Joe Randall Sweeney 70, of Carlisle passed away Sunday December 20, 2020 at Ft. Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton. He was born March 19, 1950 in Lee County, Virginia the son of Joe and Drusellia (Lay) Sweeney.
Joe was a Navy Veteran and retired as a carpenter in the construction business.
He is survived by his wife, Arline Sweeney, a daughter, Niki Prye, a son, Mike (Holly) Sweeney , 7 grandchildren and brothers, Paul, Charley and J.D. Sweeney.
A Visitation will be Tuesday 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com.
