James served in the U S Air Force and was a self employed roofer for 10 years and a truck driver for 30 years retiring in 2000.
James was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert and Glen Roark. He is survived by his wife, Charlyne (Raffel) Roark; his sons, J. B. Roark, Jimmy Roark, Timmy (Jeanne) Roark; his daughters, Tina Vance, Tammy Lubbers; eleven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; his sister, Cornella Turpin; numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for James will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N Main St, Springboro, Ohio 45066, followed by a funeral service at 6:00 PM.
Burial will be in Hillsboro Cemetery.
