Jack D. Capps, age 67, of Dayton, Ohio, died Monday April 10, 2017 at Dayton Veterans Hospital. Jack served in the Army during Viet Nam. Burial will be in Dayton National Cemetery with military honors on Friday, April 21 at 9:30am.
