Herbert Arnold Kirby, age 69, of Middletown, Ohio, died Thursday May 28, 2015 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Franklin, Ohio on November 2, 1945 to Jesse and Sarah (Crank) Kirby. Herbert served in the Army during Vietnam War. He was employed with Shur-Form. He was preceded in death by his Father, Jesse Richard Kirby, Mother, Sarah Ellen Kirby, Brother, William Richard Kirby, Brother, Jesse Jack Kirby, Brother, Paul Eugene Kirby, Brother, Robert Eugene Kirby, Brother, Marcus Ulysus Kirby. Herbert is survived by Mary Ann McKinney Kirby two sons, Bobby Lee Kirby, Billy Joe Kirby; daughter, Jodi Lynn Walters; grandson, Timothy; granddaughter, Mariah; two brothers, George W. Kirby, Donald J. Kirby; sister, Dorothy Ellen Trujillo. Funeral services are 12:00 pm Wednesday June 10, 2015 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Burial will be in Dayton National Cemetery-VA with military honors. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
