Fred was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 19, 1933, however he grew up in Lockport, New York and graduated from Lockport High School.
Fred was married to Shirley Frazer (King) on July 25, 1959, they were married 63 years.
Fred worked as a Systems Analyst and as a developer in Design and Technology within the Education Services department of NCR. After retirement, Fred continued to provide his expertise on a contract basis with Education Services.
Fred is survived by Shirley and his children Scott and Anne Frazer.
Fred is preceded in death by his father Ralph Frazer, his mother Gertrude Frazer (Orr), and his sister Mary Mitchell.
Fred was a family man and enjoyed working on projects around the house and yard particularly landscaping and gardening with his wife Shirley. As well as his children, he doted on Bean, his cat, who always followed him around while he was mowing and working on other outdoors projects.
Fred had a passion for his hobby which was building and flying radio control aircraft. He served as a Contest Director for a local radio control aircraft racing association and had enjoyed the hobby since he was a boy,
Fred also had an excellent sense of humor and enjoyed puns and playing word games with his family.
