Esther Cox

Esther Lovely Cox, daughter of Edd and Margaret Stacey Lovely of Jeffersonville, Kentucky died on November 15th, at her Carlisle home. She was 85. Born December 19, 1925 in Dan Ridge, Kentucky, Esther was preceded in death by her siblings, Marie, Norvell, Viola Toonsie, Gene, Chalmer, Ida Mae, and her husband, Maxwell Cox and children Judy Gill and Danny Cox. Esther will be remembered for her energy and commitment to her family. She had a passion for gardening, sewing, cooking, and dancing and a lifelong love of baseball and cards. Esther is survived by her children: Lynn Steve Fields of Springboro, Charlotte Doug Bartlett of Carlisle, Larry Julie Cox of Carlisle, Venida Greg Sealock of Tipp City, Brenda Bob Walters of Troy, David Cox of Carlisle, Connie Joe Hlebak of Monroe, Melissa McCann of Blue Ash, Jason Donna Cox of Berry, Kentucky, Tim Cox of Berry, Kentucky as well as 24 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and former husband, Charlie Sachs. Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 18 from 6-8:00 PM at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason.
