Edna Mae Cable

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Angus Cable; her sisters, Loretta Stewart, Marilyn Browder, and Theresa Stebelton; and her brother Francis Acord.

She is survived by her children, Dennis (Nancy) Cable of Centerville, Carol (Craig) Franklin of Franklin, Steve (Peggy) Cable of Centerville, Mark (Connie) Cable of Miamisburg, Tim (Rhonda) Cable of Miamisburg, and Kathy (Delmar) Jessee of Springboro; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; sister, Julie Alliss; and brothers, Everett Acord, David Acord, and Paul Acord.

She was a long time member of St. Mary's of the Assumption Catholic Church in Springboro; St. Mary's Ladies Society; Carlisle Fire Dept's Ladies Auxiliary. She also retired from Carlisle Local Schools.

A visitation for Edna will be held Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Homes Springboro, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, OH 45066. A Mass of Christian burial will occur Friday, January 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 9579 Yankee Road, Springboro, OH 45066. Burial will take place at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Edna's name to Heartland Hospice.
