Preceded in death by his brother, David Powell.
Survived by his wife, Linda Powell; two sons, Jonathon (Ada) Powell, Robert Powell; three grandchildren, Ethan, Zoe, Dominic; three sisters, Brenda (Robert) Rockwood, Georgia (Steve) Daum and Sheila (Scott) Alspaugh.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
