David is survived by his loving family from Residential Community Care, WCBDD, and Janie and Andy Burton.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Samual and Christine Flack, and his sister Sandy
David loved westerns, wrestling, fishing, and especially his Dogs Sydney and Bobo.
