Clara Snow Cunningham, age 92, of Lebanon, formerly of Middletown, passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Otterbein Home in Lebanon. She was born December 18, 1922 in Russell Springs, Kentucky, the daughter of Henderson Walker Stephens and Evaline (McQueary) Stephens. She was a member of the Pentecostal Highway of Holiness Church.
Clara is survived by three daughters, Priscilla (husband, Darrel) Kendrick of Carlisle, Sharon (husband, Wayne) Davis of Camden and Rebecca (husband, Harold) Roberts of Middletown; four sons, John (wife, Carolyn) Cunningham of Atlanta, Georgia, James (wife, Theresa) Cunningham of Westminster, South Carolina, Charles Cunningham of Kosovo, and Richard Cunningham of La Plata, Missouri; 28 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; and a brother, Arvester (wife, Rosie) Stephens.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John M. Cunningham; a great granddaughter, Robin Grace; and eight siblings, Ada Dixon, Bessie Stephens, Cora Aaron, Delphia Coffey, Luther Stephens, James Stephens, Martha Bernard, and Arthur Ray Stephens.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday at the Healing Word Assembly of God, 5303 S. Dixie Highway, Middletown with Pastor Roger Mullins officiating.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home.
