Charlotte Ann Church

Charlotte was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved fast cars, fishing, camping, and spending time with her family. She retired from the dietary department at Middletown Hospital after 26 years.

She is preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Lula and Hobert O'hair; father, Warren Davis; brother, Larry Davis and special friend, Mae Thresher. Charlotte is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Church; sons, James (Joy) Church, Jeffrey (Darla) Church, Jason (Lisa) Church; granddaughters, Taylor, Brittany, Jessie, Kate and Audrey; grandson, Jase, and sister-in-law, Wilma Davis.

Funeral services are 2pm, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin St., Middletown with Pastor Bobby Reed officiating.
