She was born on May 20, 1959 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Walley) Abbott.
Carol was a graduate of Butler High School, Vandalia. She loved animals, the ocean, and 'true crime' books, shows and movies.
She is survived by her children, Abbie Kingham (Arik Manley), Vickie (Tony) Agrelo, and Zachary Kingham; grandchildren, Celeste and Jonathon Walters and Kyla Agrelo; brother, Larry (Rita) Abbott; nephew, Steve (Leah) Abbott; and her niece, Susannah (Michael) Lehky.
A family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Carol would like for donations to be made in support of breast cancer or autism.
