Brian Keith Johnson, age 46 of Middletown, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born June 11, 1971 in Middletown, the son of Jackson Eugene Johnson and Carol Ann (Lewis) Johnson.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carol and Sol Miracle; daughter, Brianna Johnson; son, Timmy Johnson; brother, Jack (Tammy) Johnson, Jr.; sister, Annetta (Ray) Newton.
Keith was preceded in death by his father; and his sister, Kimberly.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
