Barbara Jean Rogers

Barbara was an avid bowler, and was inducted into the hall of fame for Middletown Women's Bowling Association. She participated in many tournaments national, state and local and had acquired numerous awards. She loved to travel and two of her favorite destinations were Florida and Gatlinburg, Tennessee. She enjoyed rubber stamping card crafting and online games where she met two of her best friends Ann and Teresa. Barbara will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Ralph Rogers in 2007; son, James Rogers; two sisters, Janet Combs, Susie Craft; brother, Marnell Ely.

Barbara is survived by her two sons, Will (Shawn) Rogers, Richard (Regina) Rogers; daughter, Bonnie (Jay) Snow; seven grandchildren, Ryan (Christal) Rogers, Jimmy Snow, Barbie Rogers, Ashley Ripka, James Rogers, Sierra Snow, Angie Rogers; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Gehron, Helen Moore and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services are Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 10:00 am at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street Middletown,OH with Pastor Glenn LaRue officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
