She leaves to cherish her memories her six sons, Oscar (Paula) Watson, Sr., Rafrie Webber, Jr., Jimmy Webber, Glynn (Valerie) Webber, Sr., Darryl Webber, and Dale (Cheryl) Webber, Sr.; four daughters, Judy (Kelvin) Wilson, Anita Molo, Diane (Gregory Sr.) Merriman, and Denise (Pastor John) Davis; and one sister, Lillie Robinson, twenty eight grandchildren, fifty three great grandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends.
Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Rafrie Webber, Sr.; her mother, Elnora Howard; father, Dial Watson, Jr.; her brothers, Oscar Johnson, Wilbert Snipe, Murphy Sanders, and James Watson; and her aunt, Lillie Jenkins.
